Meet Soléna Raye

Thirteen Years.
Every Kind of
Threshold.

The presence that holds the room when it matters most.

Most people who do this work have never sat in a hospice room, guided a family through an unexpected loss, or witnessed a signature at a bedside the week after a terminal diagnosis. I have. For thirteen years. That history is not a credential. It is the reason this practice exists.

The Formation

Built in the Rooms That Ask Everything.

My career was not built inside a typical office or a standard professional corridor. It was formed in the quiet, consequential rooms where life turns on its axis.

Through more than a decade of chaplaincy work across hospitals, hospice units, and higher education, I have stood at the crossroads of human experience. I have guided individuals through acute grief, held families divided by complex dynamics, and celebrated the arrivals of new beginnings. I have been the person called when no one else knew what to say.

Because of that formation, I do not get flustered by chaos, compressed timelines, or high emotional stakes. Where others feel the pressure, I bring a grounded, unshakeable calm. That is not a temperament. It is a practice built over thousands of hours in rooms that asked everything of me.

The difference between someone who performs a service and someone who holds the moment is not training. It is formation. And formation only comes one way.

That formation is what you feel when you work with me. It shows in how I prepare. It shows in how I handle the unexpected. And it shows in the way the people in the room feel when it is over: cared for, honored, and certain that the moment was given everything it deserved.

The Soléna Standard

Precision and Presence
In Equal Measure.

I.

Uncompromising Precision

My background in high-stakes environments means I carry an obsessive eye for detail into every engagement. I handle the fine print, defend statutory compliance, respect your timeline, and protect your professional reputation. Nothing is left to chance. Nothing is improvised. Every word in the script is deliberate. Every signature is verified. Every cue is called on time.

II.

Radical Presence

I listen beneath the surface. I see the people in the room, not just the paperwork or the program. I ensure that every individual feels fully safe, deeply respected, and never rushed through the moment they are living. Grief does not move on a schedule. Neither do I. The moment is always handled with the gravity it deserves, for as long as it deserves it.

sacred
What I Believe

The Convictions Behind
Every Engagement.

A notary seal is not an administrative formality. It is a legal shield that secures a family's future, authorizes vital care, or completes a hard-won transaction. It demands full accuracy every single time.

A funeral tribute or a wedding ceremony should never sound like it was written for anyone else. It should be unmistakably the people it belongs to, from the first word to the last.

When you refer a professional partner to someone in your care, that referral carries your name. I treat your reputation with the same weight I treat my own. Not as a courtesy. As a standard.

The people in the room are never an interruption to the process. They are the entire point. Every protocol, every script, every step exists to serve them.

presence
Soléna has a calming, grounding presence that cannot be manufactured. I have worked alongside her in high-pressure environments and watched her navigate intense emotional crises with confident leadership and complete focus. The people in those rooms feel seen. That is not a skill you can train. It is a calling you answer. Hospice Chaplain Colleague, Daytona Beach, Florida
The Through Line

The service changes. The standard does not.

Whether the room holds grief, a document that changes everything, or two people beginning their lives together, I bring the same preparation, the same presence, and the same commitment to the people in front of me. That consistency is not a promise. It is a record.
